Forms are often just as dull as they are necessary. These documents serve a distinct purpose, and their uses can range from voting to surveys. At its best, the ballot clearly and concisely guides the voter to easily digest information and know exactly what they are choosing. This priority was at the forefront of our direction. The values that propelled this design were making it functional, concise, and trustworthy. A form’s ability to inform and clearly display information is invaluable to voters as they make conscious, intentional decisions.
